Arkansas Water Works & Water Environment Association: Since 1931 the common goal of the members of the Arkansas Water Works and Water Environment Association has been to provide clean water. Arkansas Rural Water Association: The Arkansas Rural Water Association (ARWA) is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to assist water systems with day-to-day operational and management problems.
